NEW WAIVER REQUIREMENTS for 2012
If you are under the age of 18 and printing the waiver from home and coming in without your parent you must present a copy of your parents driver’s license with the waiver signed in both sections in order to jump. Parents can only sign for their children, not for friends or relatives. 18 and over a photo ID with Birth date required, no college ID’s are accepted. • Hours are subject to change based on occupancy.
