NEW WAIVER REQUIREMENTS
NEW WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE AS OF JANUARY 1st 2012
If you are under the age of 18 and printing the waiver from home and coming in without your parent you must present a copy of your parents driver’s license and the waiver filled out in BOTH SECTIONS & SIGNED by your parent or legal guardian only (not for friends or relatives) in order to jump. 18 and over a photo ID with Birthdate required NO COLLEGE ID’s.
